i wanna know why is it that you think ezra and aria relationship is sick but it’s ok for spencer and wren…wren’s a doctor in season 2 so he would be quite old…what about garret and jenna…we have to remember jenna is also in high school and i think would be in the same class as aria and the ‘liars’….as far as i am concern the only healthy relationship is hanna and caleb’s relationship…and it’s not just because i’m so in love with caleb…but because he goes to the same school….all i can see in PLL is that all the adult are having relationship or grooming the minors…

Agreed. This episode was a major disappointment, even on the quality curve I usually apply to this show. The last few weeks have given me the sense that the writers have no idea how to fill a compelling season of this show. Let’s have the main characters interact with the fun townspeople ala Gilmore Girls.

Ive never suspected Ezra as an evil sketchy character, but the whole leaving the love of your life sobbing in a car thing was TOO weird. If he loves her as much as he said/has shown in the past, he should have at least looked a tad sad that he just broke her heart. Then she was just at his apartment, NBD. This show. Emily’s storyline bored me, she either needs to find a new girl or just go solo for a while, she has the worst luck in relationships. Mona skeevs me out mostly because I read the books (she’s the WORST in the books) but I’m not sure if they’ll okay her the same way in the show. Spencer is my favorite, so I love pretty much anything she does. She is so fabulous. And Wren siiigh. I don’t know how she ever dated Toby compared to THAT? I’m still wondering if Lucas or Noel is A, to be honest.

You know how sometimes, a show or movie pays homage to a favorite movie and it makes you love the episode? But other times, for no real explainable reason, it makes you hate it? That was just my problem with this time around. It wasn’t psychotically awful it just pissed me off like crazy.

The Snow/James/MM/David story just infuriates me. I tried watching this last episode to see if it got better and I just felt more rage. It feels like character assassination of the worst kind.

I didn’t mind being able to hate on the stupidity in recaps, but the only comments I was getting was from people saying they didn’t like that I wasn’t happy with the show. Honestly I’d consider going back to it but it felt like no one wanted to read a cynical recap of this show.

Struck By Lightning looks fairly autobiographical, but more the fantasy version. Basically, Colfer plays a teen in the small town of “Clover” where he tries to start a writing club and ends up collecting dirt on the other students so he can blackmail them into participating. I’m gonna give it a go, and hope it doesn’t suck.

I am sick, so I can’t possibly muster enough energy to properly comment but I will say a few things.
1) You are awesome.
2) For all the rage, you were a shit ton nicer than I would have been. Once I feel better, I’ll add some rage.
3) The level of hatred I have for Will Schuester surpasses anything I have ever felt in my life.
4) I know I’ve always liked Quinn, though admittedly that has a lot more to do with adoring Dianna Agron. Who knows what Glee will actually do because they fuck everything up but as of right now the official word is that Dianna may be back in a recurring role but she will no longer be a regular character. There are pictures of Quinn in a wheelchair with Artie (so way to fucking keep the suspense Glee) but all the shit-filled, ass-kissing interviews say that it could be a dream sequence or something and that she may be there in flashbacks & stuff.
Honestly, I hope she’s off the show. Not because I join ya’ll in hatred of Quinn but I would love if if Dianna got away from this shitshow. Then maybe others can follow her example and get out.

I really have to find more rage to muster up over this. It’s there, just tempered by a fever and puking. I blame Glee.

Oh, thank god I’m not going to hell alone because of the Artie thing.

Also, I do, to a point, like Colfer, but I am not a fan of the way they use Kurt on this show. Or Colfer. I sometimes think they’re just the same person. But, his walking Karofsky through the imagining thing was nice. I missed that line, but dude. Super condescending. I have mixed feelings about this, obviously.

I did not know about his movie. I can probably take a wild guess on what it’s about/how it’ll turn out (hint: It’ll probably be a tear-jerking yet heartwarming family tale, yes?). But with Jenna and Lisa… I may have to find this trailer…

I cannot abide the after school specialness of every. single. freaking. episode. Ulcers, man. I should probably consult with a doctor after having recapped this, haha.

Schmidt and his happy weirdo-ness made this episode for me. Most of the rest of it was meh. PARKOUR!

All the sex/river/cheese innuendo shit was funny. The sex must be THAT GOOD, because if I was Cece, I could not deal with any of the stupid Schmidt in public stuff. Although, I think Cece is a little weird herself. She and Jess did grow up as best friends after all. She just happens to be a model. (Total shallow moment here but, does the actresses eyes bother anyone else? She looks… like she has a lazy eye or something. I couldn’t stop staring.)

I also liked Nick’s “sadface” comment because that’s something I would say. I kept thinking he was high, but apparently he’s just really bad at pretending to be okay. Lizzy leaving does open up the Nick falls for Jess story we’re all expecting. I hope the writers do a smart job of it. I want to root for them to be together eventually, not get fed up with the storyline and just want it to be over.

And, seriously, can they give Winston a job already? That Christmas episode with the kid was such a tease. He needs to be a Manny!
