Wouldn’t it be great if we were watching Revenge instead? Yeah, I thought so too. The entire episode took all of 10 minutes for me to watch. Fast Forward (hereafter referred to as FF) to the first musical act. Oh look it’s Florence + The Machine, this should be good right? Wrong. The sounds guys f-up and Florence sounds terrible. After 15 seconds FF again. Who is safe? I’m expecting Josh or Melanie to be called first but it’s…CHRIS. This is where I shake my head and remember this show isn’t about vocal performance it’s about emotion and redemption and facing your demons, or something. Melanie is also safe and Simon slinks off to the judges table to gloat. FF to the next musical guest NICOLE. Who is, wait for it, also terrible! I made it a bit longer through her song but not by much. Again the sound guy was not doing his job. FF to the final results.
Marcus Canty is leaving and he is a-okay with it. He knew it was coming from the minute the show started and he was more than prepared to face the music. He almost looked relieved in a way.
Next week is the finale. Thank God.
Did the right guy go home? I don’t think so. Are these the final three you were predicting? Me neither. Who will get the 5 mil and Pepsi Superbowl commercial? I’m thinking Pepsi is voting against Josh. He’s not really Superbowl commercial material. Tell me all about it in the COMMENTS!
