Two episodes of Jersey Shore in one week. Normally, I’d say that’s excessive, but TVD isn’t back yet so I’ll allow it. And you know what? This episode was AWESOME, totally classic Jersey Shore, and I’m sure it’s no coincidence that Sammi the Buzzkill was nowhere to be seen. Well, except for Deena telling Sam that the Ronnie lookalike “kissed her pussy last night,” so again, I’ll allow it.
So I totally didn’t think that guy looked all that much like Ronnie, but he did have a fauxhawk and they did have similar body types and similar walks, and there was a lot of drinking involved, so I guess I can see it. He’s clearly a skeeze and I obviously don’t care, because it gave me one of my favorite Vinny and Pauly scenes ever, and I have enjoyed those two together a LOT. But when they basically did their own private parody of the Ronnie/Sam/note situation just for their own entertainment, in between bites of pizza, I DIED. God, those two are funny.
Anyway, Ronnie and Sammi slept during the entire episode, Snooki was drying out, and Mike was no doubt whoring off-camera, so that pretty much left JWoww to carry the rest of the episode. I really like Jenni a lot, and not just for her ass-beating skills or the fact that she proudly shops at stores for trannies, but … I don’t know, there’s just something about her that would make me want to be her friend. So between that and the fact that I HATE breakups, even though they totally needed to, her and Tom breaking up really got me on edge. But it got way worse when she went to the house and he just totally fucked her with the watch and the bank accounts … I mean, GOD. But the worst was the little dogs being all by themselves. I was glad she went for them and don’t think I’m a total loser, even though I am, but when her dogs were SO happy to see her and wagging and jumping all over her, it’s possible I got a little teary-eyed. (It’s also possible my period just started, so don’t judge too hard.) I hope the dogs get to go have fun and never fall in love at the Jersey Shore! Can you imagine some pets in that house? I actually think they’d probably live like royalty. But yeah … I did feel bad for our JWoww, and since the episode ended on that, I’m already kind of dreading having to keep going through it next week, but I will, because I am this show’s inexplicable bitch.
Alright, what did you guys think? Did anyone manage to get it in (Jersey Shore pun intended) what with NBC’s big comedy block returning? Favorite funny moments/lines? Thoughts on JWoww and Roger? The breakup? And of course … Ronnie’s stunt double? Comments!
